Genoptic Energy is a newly formed wholly owned subsidiary of Genoptic LED Inc., of Calgary, which was founded in 2017 to collaborate with the University of Calgary, Queens University and Harvard to research and develop new Nano-optoelectronic technologies to solve conventional technology limitations, within the LED and Energy Industry. Genoptic has since established itself as an advanced R & D firm specializing in the development of its disruptive Nano-optoelectronic technologies, which significantly enhance performance, reliability, and energy efficiency for a wide array of products, solutions for various industries, globally.

Genoptic has recently constructed Canada’s leading state-of-the-art electrical and chemical R&D laboratories, dedicated to Nano-Optoelectronics and Nano-Architectural for scientific research and development. This laboratory is complemented with our 35,000sq ft manufacturing facility dedicated to the manufacturing and final assembly of our product offerings.
